I absolutely love making butter chicken, its easy and delicious but my comfort food is a Chilean dish called pantrukas its a hearty bone broth with veggies and flat square pieces of dough. My mom makes the best pantrucas and I always head over to visit any time she makes them because its my comfort food. As a joke some people say they are chilean ramen lol

    Caribbean Inspired Pork and beans

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground pork

1/2 tablespoon ground mustard or yellow mustard

1 can of Sweet heat Bush’s baked beans

1 can of bourbon Bush’s baked beans

    1/2 tbsp paprika

    2 garlic cloves

    1/2 green bell pepper

    1 scallion

    Season as you will

    Optional: scotch bonnet

The recipe recommended eating with corn bread which will definitely help with the heat

I’m just eating it with plain rice.
