We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Yarn Over Hook offers a digital marketplace where approved vendors may sell downloadable crochet-related content, including but not limited to crochet patterns, stitch libraries, printable tags, and templates.
To become a seller, users must first register as a member and submit a vendor application. Upon approval, sellers gain access to a vendor dashboard where they can upload and manage digital products.
By participating in the Yarn Over Hook marketplace as a vendor, you agree to comply with our Seller Agreement, which includes additional terms related to product quality, earnings, and conduct. Sellers are expected to upload original, human-created content and must not use AI-generated designs, plagiarized patterns, or infringe on intellectual property.
Yarn Over Hook reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate vendor accounts and/or remove products at our discretion in order to maintain a safe, fair, and community-centered marketplace experience.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
