something I read and absolutely forgot about once I started (thank you @AlexisK for pointing it out!) the first and last stitches are done in both loops for a more straight edge. I didn’t do this and think my edges look fine, but something to keep in mind!

That instruction was buried in there!

FINALLY got my yarn for this. and good lord did it fight me the entire caking process (the tail was tangled all throughout the hank so I literally had to take it off my swift and use my knees for a bit, and eventually had to find the tail and wind it into a ball and thread it through all of the remaining hank over and over. Was shocked because it was Malabrigo!)
Did y’all do a gauge swatch? If so, do you know how much you chained for the gauge swatch? I’m so tired of gauge swatches I literally just did this exact stitch in the Happy Place yarn for my sweater gauge LOL

oh agh! that sounds like a nightmare! I did do a gauge, 34 stitches buy 34 rows about. but jump in if you’re confident! I an using 3mm with a neutral tension and think it’s perfect 🤗

34 by 34 sounds doable albeit tedious hahaha but I’ll be responsible and do one since I’m using fancy yarn 😜

I got malabrigo sock too! I noticed that most of the tangles were actually tufts of the halo it has getting stuck together in the hank and pulling strands from a different round I just took it very slow and pulled them apart carefully

I’m working on the ribbon socks by the same pattern writter and it seems to be worked very simmilar to the pixel socks and the cuff is really flaring a lot it looks like I have a whole 6 rows more than the foot part, I think its because of working in both loops on the last stitch making it taller in that area but its really bugging me but I also dont really want to frog it 😭😭

Help! I am very confused by the stitch count instructions and where I start row one. I chain 86 THEN chain another as the turning chain to start row 1? (So86stitchcount+turning chain=37 (For size 39 sock) Or does is it calculate 85stitchcount+1turnchain=86??

On my pattern it says chain 86 and then chain 1 to turn, the instruction is right bellow the chart that tells you how many to chain and how many stitches to leave for the toes

chain the number for your size THEN chain 1 and begin!
