The granny square scarf could def be done in acrylic imo. Would be easy to wash. It depends on how breathable you want things to be but the pattern itself doesn’t seem to call for a lot of stitch definition and given the design I don’t think it would be too hot (besides you’re wearing that scarf to get warm).

For the trio of scarves I wouldn’t do acrylic though bc those are more accessories you wear all day, not something for winter days to be warm.

Also sugar and cream cotton is SOOOOOO scratchy I wouldn’t put that near my skin or face lol
