    Tonight I made garlicky spinach and chickpea soup with lemon and pecorino romano, with Hawawshi stuffed pitas!

    Adding more Mediterranean food!! Tonight was spinach, tomato, and feta rotini with charred chicken thighs and a Greek dill sauce!
