Stitch of the Day 12.5 | Back-Post Double Crochet

The back-post double crochet is an awesome stitch to use in conjunction with the front-post double crochet to create and amazing basket weave texture. Stay tuned for a video on how to do it!

well. I had to frog the entire first part of a project because I realized I needed to go up a size after all 😭 now I have to work double time to catch up 😮‍💨💪🏾

Stitch of the Day 12.3 | Front-post Double Crochet

Doing a front-post stitch requires you to pick up the stitch from the previous row, not crochet into the top of the stitch! This adds a very fun sweater-like texture to a project and can create beautiful cable designs.

Stitch of the Day 12.2 | Slip Stitch Back Loop Only (SS BLO)

Slip stitching (sl st; ss) into the back loop only (BLO) is easy and creates and beautiful detail to a project. It does take a little time, but I definitely think it’s worth it!
